My spiritual name is Akal Tera and the meaning?
Akal is undying, timeless or infinite. Tera means yours, or one who belongs to God.
The energy that flows from the undying oneness with the Infinite brings a sense of expansiveness and joy to the minds and hearts of those around me.
The power of any spiritual name is that the more you speak and hear it, the more it permeates your being, opening you to experience its nadh (universal inner sound current). Consciously merge with the vibration of the nadh to come into harmony with your highest destiny.
I also go by the name of Meg.

KUNDALINI YOGA
is the yoga of awareness and is a dynamic blend of physical postures, breathing, movement, stretching, meditation, mantra and relaxation; the combination of which activates the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands the lung capacity, and purifies the bloodstream. Both safe and effective, it brings balance to the body, mind and soul, and can be practiced by almost anyone, regardless of age, fitness, occupation and experience.
